Our latest long-aged winter bock is finally here. Rauchbock is a strong smoked amber lager, rested long and cold in rum barrels. Brewed with almost 50% smoked beechwood malt, paired with Munich I, Munich II, Cara Munich, and just a little pils, Rauchbock boasts a beautiful smoke-forward aroma and complex malt profile. The higher alcohol content is balanced by a present sweetness from its 9 months spent in a blend of rum barrels and neutral wine barrels. The result is a unique flavor not to be missed, and at 7.2% ABV, not to be messed with.
