Keg at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, 01/07/22. Cherry red with a crimson cap that veers to a swirl. Nose is cherries, lime zest, grass, light funk. Taste comprises cherry stones, grass, lime, lemon zest, straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering climax. Decent enough easy drinking sour.

Draft: Poured a bright ruby red, head is pink. Aroma is cherry, pits, citrus, lime. Taste is sour, fruity, cherry, pitty, lime juice, zesty.

Keg at Hop Vault, Stourbridge. Pours bright red with a thin head. Aroma is strong sour cherry with a little lime. Taste has sour cherry throughout, a little lime on the aftertaste. A bit one sided.
