Cask: Poured a black oily with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, molasses, licorice, chocolate, coffee. Taste is sweet chocolate, roasted malts, toffee, licorice, coffee.

Cask at the Wellington, Bingohame, 02/07/22. Black with a decent khaki head. Nose is chocolate, maple syrup, dark malts, molasses, brown sugars. Taste comprises chocolate, maple syrup, light coffee, brown sugar melt, dried fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Decent.

Cask at the Wellington. Cotts convention 2022. A reddish mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet brown sugars, maple, bacon, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars maple, mellow roast, bacon,. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, mellow cask condition.
