Large foamy tan head on a dark brown coloured body.
Sour apple & balsamic aroma.
Medium to thin bodied, foamy dry & clean.
Chocolate, malt, apple & earthy tastes with a long sour finish.
A bit mixed up & confusing on the palate - ABV well hidden.

Keg at Moor Vaults, Bermondsey, 15/06/22. Extremely dark mahogany brown meets light black with a good sized tan crown. Nose is earthy, cherry skins, funk, barrel tones, dates, liquorice. Taste comprises fruit balsams, funk, bitter dark fruit rinds, acidic rise, damp oak, toffee, spice, herbal notes. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with a balanced acidic rise. Solid full flavoured sour.

Tap at Moor Vaults London. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a lasting sticky mid tan head. Aroma is bretty funk, mellow roast, liquorice, green apple, lacto. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart green apple, mellow mouldy bretty funk, pineapple, light char, liquorice. Woody funk lingering. Palate is semi sweet, tart, full bodied, moderate carbonation. Really quite unique.
