AROMA: medium-high sour-cherry aroma with slight notes of strawberry syrup. sweet background. APPEARANCE: ruby amber body and clear with slight orange highlights. medium-low light-pink head with ok retention. TASTE: initial sweet flavor of strawberry, sour-cherries. evolves into a semi-sweet finish. MOUTHFEEL: light body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a cider overwhelmed by the added fruits.

Keg at the Pato tap in Cascais, 27/03/22. Clear reddish pour with a decent crimson cap. Nose is mixed berry fruits, apple skins, sugars, straw. Taste comprises Apple and Blackcurrant chews, sugars, tannins, sweet berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable fruit cider ... as is always the case ... not silly sweet and actually better than their crappy overly sweet apple affair.
