Ahh the return of Goat Slayer, our first ever DIPA, risen again after 2 years. Named after local man Chris “The Goat Slayer”. Dry-hopped generously with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin at 20g/L. Fluffy, dank and oh so hoppy. Brewed for the love of goats.

Can. Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic version. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a lovely light creamy sweetness. Joy of joys! Some actual Nelson grapey winey things going on here, juicy and bright. Bloody marvellous! Still not Nelson of old but a very good reminder. Whisper of passion fruit. Smooth but fairly bright citrus underneath. Good smooth modern Mosaic candy fruits, mild blueberry. Finishes light and crisp with more cooling pine and a little hop spice. Juicy bright hop fruits. Fabarooney.
