Starting with a light grist built with lots of soft wheat, we steeped chamomile flowers into cooling wort. Kveik Yeast works it’s magic and feathers the edges and fluffs an already soft haze. A gentle dose of Alphonso Mango elevates with its sweet and rounded character and a dusting of Sabro hops finish the beer with herbaceous and coconut notes. A beer for sitting back and taking it all in.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 13/03/22. Lightly hazed pale golden blonde with a white cap that soon thins. Nose is orange zest, toasted grains, herb, perfume, grains. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, light yeast esters, herb, grass, pale malts, light floral strains. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Decent flavoursome stuff for the meagre ABV.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour witha decent white froth. Aroma is semi crisp, light bready grains, light apple, declicate floral, white grape, melon. Flavour is composed of bready grains, apple , melon, fruity esters, fuzzy peach, crisp cereal. Palate is semi crisp, light tang, moderate delicate carbonation. Quite unique, very enjoyable.
