Keyboard Club boasts orange & pine on the nose, followed by pineapple, apricot and honeydew on the palate with a crisp finish.

To brew this beer we started with the bones of a classic New England IPA: plenty of oats for mouthfeel, soft water profile and a big tropical dry hop. With fermentation we went slightly off piste using, a kolsh yeast which has brought a lovely clarity and dryness to the mix. The result is a juicy beer that manages to also be quite crisp and keep its 7.4% ABV under wraps.

Panda at home, thanks to Tips, 24/12/21. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange pith, grass, melon, papaya, pine nip, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, tangerine, grass, melon, trace of stoned fruits, grapefruit, trace of hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking IPA.

Keg at The Experiment - Hackney. Pours mostly clear gold with a tight, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of ripening tangerine, orange rind, subtle oily pine, supportive pale malts, nips of honey. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, soft piney resin, more semi-ripe citrus fruits. Very nice. Good and drinkable.
