Cask at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Black with a good sized tan cap. Nose is blackcurrant, light roast, dark malts, mixed berry fruits, baking powder. Taste comprises raspberries, blackcurrant, coco powder, dark malts, akin to a Guinness and black at times! Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad if a touch overly sweet for my liking.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a frothy, off-white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of grape, blackberry, background roast and cocoa, mild earthy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dark fruits in the finish, some fruity gummies. Enjoyable.
