Keg at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Pitch black with a good sized tan head. Nose is coffee grinds, spice, charr, ashen notes, dried fruits rinds, light cocoa powder. Taste comprises coffee bean, dark malts, honeycomb, melted brown sugar, roasted bite, ashen tones. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid kit.

Keykeg at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a frothy, beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich, fresh black coffee, velvety chocolate, moderate roast, ash, earthy hops. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, more ashy dryness, baking cocoa, bittersweet coffee. Really solid. One of the best beers of the festival so far.

Keg at the pigs ear beer festival 2021. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a lasting dark tan head. Aroma is woody, burgundy wine, oak, waxy, earthy coffee. Flavour is composed of intense coffee roast, cakey, bake, dried fruits. Coconut, oak.
