Bottle shared at the Beau in London tasting, last group tasting for 7 months - who knew, thanks to Tipple 11/03/20. Murky amber with a moderately appointed beige cap that veers to the edge of the glass. Nose is stewed fruits, vinous trace, tangy fruit rinds, dry rot, funk. Taste comprises raisins, funk, fruit balsams, tarte fruit rinds, plummy notes, light kiss of booze. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic ripple at the curtain call. Decent.
