The second release of 3 in a row of the new GTB way of hopping, cropping and carbonating has ended in another result we are very proud of. Eventide was the first release with these methods and has become are most successful beer over night so I can not wait to see what you all make of this.

A true to style west coast, incredibly balanced and beautifully hopped with Cascade, Columbus, Simcoe & Nugget. Bringing hits of Orange, Pine & Grapefruit. This beer has become our Head Brewers favourite of the year, so we are super happy to set this one free in to the world.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 24/04/21. Orange to golden with a good sized white head. Nose is orange peel, floral notes, grass, pineapple, melon. Taste comprises sweet malts, pineapple, perfume, tangerine, floral tones, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Not bad ... little tip of the old skool hat offered here.
