Panda at home thanks to Colin. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is lovely fresh, fuzzy peach, funky apricot, plastic, mint, herbal, hay, stone fruit. Flavour is composed of tart pithy lemon, underride peach, wheaty grains, light metalic note, tart apricot, refreshing finish,. mellow horsey yogurt funk. Palate is tart, pithy, highish carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle at home, from CW online, 31/01/21. Hazed orange to golden with a decent white cap. Nose is tangy apricots, peach stone, hay bale, light funk, farmyard esters. Taste comprises sharp apricot, gentle acidity, lemon tinged straw, hay bale, funk, light yeast esters, faint white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest acidic tickle. Solid flavoursome apricot sour/farmhouse affair.
