Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a tall light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up fresh citrusy and tropical fruity notes with lesser spicy, flowery meadow and resiny pine hop aromatics. Beneath all of this murmurs some green bell pepper where there are a lot of nuances going on here and they are going very well together. The taste starts sweet with malt enhanced citrusy and thin slivers of mango fruitiness. It then blends into mild resiny pine hops, some spiciness and a bit of green bell pepper. This is a great session brew with plenty going on in a seamless fashion.
