Bottle split at the L6 XMAS Karnage Tasting, thanks to Dave, 19/12/19. Light black with a decent tan covering. Nose is bitter roast, cocoa sprinkle, charr, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, charr, ashen tones, dusty red berries, faint pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with dusty hop bitterness. So so affair.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf, London - picked up at Pigs Ear 2019. Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Odd, earthy, moderately astringent, ashy. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. FInishes with notes of burnt carpet, earth. Quite poor.
