On tap at F&F Session 1. Pours pink/orange with an off white head. Aroma is funk, plums, oak, white wine. Taste is a good dose of plums, oak, more wood, wine, bit of stone fruit and a solid funk to it. Nice and sharp, good stuff. Nice dry finish. Balanced Sour

Keg at CW Family & Friends, Manchester Central, Session 1 - 21/02/20. Lightly hazed pinkish red with a crimson covering. Nose is tangy berries, light funk, hay bale, damp cloth, pink berry sherbets. Taste comprises plummy tones, dry rot, barnyard esters, grass, light funk, tangy berry skins, stoned fruits, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a moderate acidic splash. Decent easy drinking and well balanced sour.

Keg at Cloudwater Family & Friends, Manchester Central, Session 1 - 21st Feb 2020. A lighht hazed pink / plum coloured pour with a fine pinkish head. Aroma is plastic notes, tart fruit, plum, funk. Flavour is semi sweet, spicy prickly plum, fuzzy peach, some cherry notes. Palate is spicy sour with prickly carbonation.
