Bottle from Great Grog. Hazy pale golden body with a few flecks beneath a white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of cucumber and grapefruit peel. Flavour of minerals and underripe pineapple. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. There’s a crisp, almost botanical vibe to this one.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Hoppy, citrus, bit dank, grassy, floral, some nice bitterness in finish. Easy drinkable.

500ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear pale gold with a handsome fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, soft, sweet, fruity, dolly mixtures, fluffy, ripe melon, touch of orangey citrus and Pina colada. The taste is crisp, dry, pleasing bitterness which lingers, pithy, zesty, tangerine, grapefruit, lime, pic n mix, melon, floral accents, nip of spice, splash of diet Irn Bru, grass and touch of bready malts with a drying finish. Light+ body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Very nice combination of flavours. Interesting and chuggable.

Bottle at home. 16/02/20. Hazed yellow to golden with a good sized lasting white head of bubbles. Nose is ripe melon, tangerine, airy malts, orange zest, grass. Taste comprises gentle citric pith, melon, tangerine, airy malts, citric tinged straw, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with light juicy to grassy hop bitterness. Solid easy drinking and well balanced pale at just 3%.

Keg at the arch 7 kernel tap. A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is pale grains, bready, light green citrus, grass. Flavour is composed of semi crisp light grains, cereal, midget gems, grassy citrus, light mineral,. Palate is super crisp, drying finish, highish airy carbonation. Chugs good.
