British Single Hop EPA.
A relatively new kid on the block, Jester® brings intense flavours and complex bitterness of new world hops, but it’s British, born and bred. Fruity with grapefruit and tropical fruit notes, this should be a unique beer experience. Just using the one variety shows it off to its very best!

Clear amber beer, fair size pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, modestly sweet. Jester hops are great but need to be liberally applied. Here they are thin piney floral citrus and orchard fruits. Light dry finish. Tidy but more hops please!

Bottle at home, thanks to Jason & Tracey, 03/11/19. Clear golden copper with a well presented off white head. Nose is fruit esters, grass, straw, dusty hop presence, airy malts. Taste comprises biscuit malt, crackers, straw, faint lemon rind, dried fruits, light citric drizzle, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light flurry of bitterness. Fine for the style.
