A soft, delicate Belgian Grisette. Pilsner, Wheat and Dextrin malts form the base for an intense lemongrass aroma and lasting lemon citrus flavour. Fermented with a blend of Belgian yeast strains for an underlying peppery spiciness.

On tap at BrewDog Cambridge. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Lots of lemon grass. a little off putting ar first but it settles down a bit over perfumed for me.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Cream head. Nose - lemon, pineapple and even some banana. Taste - banana and bubblegum, almost Parma violet actually. Palate - light to medium bodied. Fairly creamy and then dry. Overall - enjoyed this if a bit unusual.
