Bamberg style smoked lager. 20 IBU's. Intense beechwood smoke aroma and flavour, with a hint of roast and chocolate. Bottom fermented with Bavarian yeast and lagered in the traditional German way. High carbonation which really keeps the beer clean whilst intensifying the smoke.

On tap at The Made Inn Ashford. not a bad stab at a Schlenkerla marzen good smoke good malt. liked it. some sweetish malt. good smoke throughout nice enough.
