Draught @ [ SOPP 2015 ] @ Railway Square / Rautatientori, Helsinki, Finland . [ As Kaskenmäen Kaski-IPA ].Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, malt extract - caramelized malt - caramelized brown sugar - coocked mash, moderate hoppy, mineraly hops, hoppy, dry. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

Dark amber color, steady beige head. Grassy, earthy hoppyness. Medium-bodied. Piney, citrusy, harshness in the flavor. Not very balanced and way too harsh.

Tap@ SOPP 2015. Unclear amber, thin white head. Bready, earthy, caramelly aroma. Flavor has caramel, bread, malt, hops. Bitter finish, short.

Draught@HBF2015. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is diacetyl, some caramel malts, mild floral and yeasty notes to it. Flavour is quite similar, with mild dusty and lactic notes. This was on the first day. Had a sip from it the next day and it had turned even worse.

(Keg at HBF2015) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had butter, butter and butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, butter, sweetness and acrid bitterness. Aftertaste was simply unpleasant. An awful brew and not even a proper horror.

Tap at HBF 2015, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, hints of hops and malts. Very weak.
