On tap at Gallagher’s Boxty House in Temple Bar, Dublin. Hazy orange gold color. Lovely mousse-like white crown. Dank citrus aroma. Flavor is bittersweet citrus and pine. Notes of grapefruit peel and resiny pine. Very much in the vein of an American West Coast IPA. Tasty.

Taste comprises melon, orange squash, light mineral bite, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. A pretty basic pale.
