Keg at Mikkeller Shoreditch, 08/11/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange peel, citric tinged straw, grass, light breads, citric pith. Taste comprises sweet malts, orange creme, airy malts, trace of carrot cake icing, light bread, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced light hop bitterness. Ok novelty DIPA.

Mikkeller Shoreditch, Keg. Almost clear beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft creamy sweet malts. Nice tangy lemon sits over a pleasant generic fruits vibe. Carrot? A little, slightly sweet. Smooth fruity piney finish. Nice. Different and drinkable.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up cinnamon, lemon, ginger and a hit of carrot. The taste delivers similar notes creating a pleasing balance with sweet malts, vanilla, cinnamon and mildly tart lemon. It gets into a thin layer of brown sugar sweetened carrot midway and into the finish. Fun beer but a pint of it or less is all that's needed.
