Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Rich amber with a well presented light beige covering. Nose is stewed fruits, caramel, biscuit, straw. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toasted grains, brown bread, hint of vanilla, dried fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decentenough ESB.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A Cleer reddy copper coloured pour with a a loose beige head. Aroma is nutty praline, light apple, dried fruits, light vanilla. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, vanilla, dried cakey fruit,. Nice layered malts, nutty, hazelnut, cakey malts. Palate is medium sweet, dried fruits, decent cask condition. Really nice esb.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear copper with a foamy white head. Has some bitter earth, toasted grains, nips of vanilla bean. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some grassy, leafy bitterness. Alright.
