Can at Mum and Dads, picked up from Callans, 22/09/18. Hazed orange amber with a well presented egg shell white head that retains well. Nose is old skool leaning, bitter orange, caramel malts, grapefruit, light weed, pine. Taste comprises orange pith, light skunky notes, grassy, raw pineapple, light minerality, kiss of booze, spruce, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Ok Old Skool DIPA if a little bit harsh at times.

Can. Light haze on this amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Sweet malts, dry cream and a little caramel. Ripe orange and mild hop spice. Light pine. Smooth finish. Quite an old school double IPA, but quite drinkable.

Draught at Against the grain. Cloudy gold with a thin head, excellent lacing. Aroma is a bag of tropical fruit. Flavor is bitter, bitter and then some. Dries the mouth, fruit, sugary sour finish. Too big for me.... But if you like intense this is the one for you.
