Although we don’t have the same tools as the Norwegian farmers, we’ve used what we have and have brewed our interpretation of this delicious drink. Mashed with an infusion of freshly harvested juniper sprigs and noble Hallertau hops this ale brings you a flavor that imparts orange peel and a Christmas-like spice. This ale is represented with the Norse symbol for good health.

Pour from a 750mL bottle. Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma is yeasty and herbal with notes of juniper and sweet malts. Flavour is similarly herbal with some winter spice and soft malts; a touch of orange peel. Really nice.
