Keg at the brewery, 8/25/24. Clear amber, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, citrus. Taste is lime, citrus, bready malt. Juicy, low bitterness.

On tap at Draught Works, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, some grassiness and straw. Flavour is a little sweeter than an authentic Czech pils, with grassy hops, straw and sweet cereal malt. Crisp and punchy. Solid attempt.
