On tap at Iron Goat, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, with toasted malt and seltzery notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with seltzery notes, raw yeast, and saison beast. Not much depth and not particularly good utilization of the yeast. Weak.

Pours clear golden with a small white head, light lacing. Aroma is estery, bananas and grains. Flavor of bananas, bubblegum and barnyard
