The inspiration comes from Ancient Welsh Literature called the Mabinogi, which is split into 4 branches. Designed around orange blossom honey with a light grain build. The hops bring out a Citrus Tropical fruit flavor with piney resin.

Aroma is funky, footy, honey. Taste is a little bitter and slightly sweet with flavors of funk and honey. Maybe a little past its prime? 7,6,6,6,6

On tap at Bellwether, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky herbal notes, gentle honey, and some spiciness. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle honey upfront, with herbal notes, and spiciness. Nice use of honey, even though it's mostly fermented out. Nice stuff.
