Roast and caramel. Some booze. Black pour with decent head. Bittersweet finish. Tap at brewery.

On tap at Bellwether, pours black with a small tan head and an amber tinge. Aroma brings out gentle vanilla, toasted malt and crusty bread. Flavour is rounded, with medium roast, vanilla, and some dark fruits. Robust and rounded. Very good.
