375ml frol BCL shared with Dima and Andrey. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice yellow plum, unraped green grape skines, funk and barrel. Moderately sour. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good.

Dull and hazy with no head. The aroma is woody, with a big hit of peaches, and some bugs. Big peachy character, with vinous notes, a light sourness, low level tannins, a bit of alcohol. The alcohol overpowers the delicate flavours a little bit, especially in the finish, but it's still a very complex, subtle fruit beer with a lot going on, but also just a really nice peach note.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a quickly-dissipating head. Nose is full of crisp plum skins, lots of wild yeast, and white wine barrels. Flavour is along the same lines, with a very biting plum skin character upfront, with lots of white wine barrels, and plenty of bugs. What a wonderful construction - the plums and white wine beautifully dry this out, and the funky critters accentuate it beautifully. Wonderful stuff.
