Cask at the brewery
Dark mahogany colour with creamy beige head. Excellent malts, biscuity, burnt sugar, delicate fruit, fresh feeling, and what works as English yeast.
Excellent Brown Ale.

On cask at Main Street, pours a deep dark mahogany / dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out somewhat harsh roasted malt, with a big hoppy punch, and a touch of black licorice. Flavour follows with a harsh roasted malt and bitter hop character, but no notice of the yeast. Drinks more like a very bitter black IPA. Not bad.

Medium brown, quite a bit of head. Has a nice woody character, bit yeasty, has a light toasty note. Not picking up the kveik yeast.
