Cask at the Briar Rose, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light woody hop bitter palate. [ As Wood Farm Scrum ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a small, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, bread, malty, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]
