375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of beautifully funky brett, with rustic saison yeast, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is beautiful, with lots of barnyard funk, champagne, rustic saison yeast, and some earthy, musty notes. High carbonation that works well. An excellent brett saison.
