On tap at Dirty Couch, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with oak, with plenty of acidity and some vinous notes. Flavour is very acidic and oaky, with enamel-stripping sourness, tons of oak, and some stone fruits. Some serious acidity going on here. Intense, almost too much so.

Draft 4 oz pour at Uber Tavern, Seattle, followed by another 8 oz upgrade, because 4 oz far from enough. A pleasant surprise to end up here by accident, and find this beer from these guys, and learn a good amount about them from the staff here. Cloudy golden orange pour with a thin, oily head. Sour apricot, orange, and lemon aroma. Very inviting. Just a few sips of this, and it’s obvious these guys really have something going. Flavor is a close match the the aroma, and full of peach, apricot, and oranges. Lingering sweet and sour fruit finish. Just a near perfectly executed sour here, that keeps pace with some of the great sour beer makers. This has to be the surprise of the year for me. After one beer these guys have secured a spot on my radar.
