(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a non-persistent medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and slightly grainy pale malty aroma with notes of biscuits. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly biscuity malty taste with shy herbal spots leading into a sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Not bad but a bit boring. 27.XII.10

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, small to medium-sized - slowly collapsing - white head; slight grainy nose with a bisquity touch plus delicate herbal-peppery hops in the background; light to medium bodied, soft, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; slight malty-bisquity finish with a delicate hoppy "tail". O.K., not earthshaking.....
