Clear pale golden with a big fluffy head. Pale malt, metal, marzipan, lemon zest, some lard. Dry zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry malty metallic zesty finish. Solid Festbier.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet pale malt, some grains and straw with honey. Taste of moderate strong grainy pale malt, some straw and honey, moderate bitterness.

Gampertbräu Weihnachtsbier, Flasche von Getränke Ultsch, Küps. - Dunkleres Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase tiefes helles Malz, leicht nussig-toastig, und kernige herbale Hopfenherbe, leichte Altersnoten. - Antrunk kernig gerstig-hellmalzig mit dezent karamelliger Malzsüße und intensiver ätherisch-herbaler Hopfenherbe. Durchschnittlich rezent, vollmundig, leicht trocken. Im Abgang aromatische Hopfenbittere mit Orangenschale. Etwas leerer Nachtrunk (vom Hopfenextrakt). - Solides Festbier, ordentlich gehopft und gut abgelagert. (25.12.2019.)

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Gampertbräu Weihnachtsbier ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, bread - biscuit and hay notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, grass - hay, fruity, sweet malt - biscuit malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150912]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, small head. Aroma is sweet malts, some bready notes as well as mild notes of herbs. Flavour is malty, herbal and mildly salty and hayish as well.
