On tap at Bj�rgar�urinn, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, bready malt and a hint of herbal notes. Bready and rustic. Not exactly authentic but it's solid.
