On tap at �lvisholt, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty pear skins upfront, a little spicy ginger, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright pear skins and spicy ginger upfront. Gently tart and dry. Very good.
