Durch die besonderen Hopfen Amarillo, Cascade und Citra erhält es einen blumigen Charakter bei leichter Hopfenbittere.
Ausgewählte Malze erzeugen dennoch einen runden vollen Geschmack bei geringerem Alkohol.
Die besondere "Kalte Hopfengabe" des Citra-Hopfens im Lagertank bringt fruchtige Aromen und den Zitronen-Limonen-Charakter des Bieres mit.

Growler 1000ml. w. swing top @ [ PBF X ] Petalax Beer Festival 2015 by oh6gdx, Petalax, Finland. [ As Klüvers Sommerbier ].Gusher !! Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass - green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus, grassy, pale malt, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled@PBF X. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is spices, some sour wood and mild bready notes. Flavour is floral, salty and malty notes. The aroma was feeling kind of infected, but flavour was ok.

1l bottle @PBF X. Golden color, thin white head. Vegetables, peachy soup, grains in aroma. Flavor has grains, sweetness, citrusy notes. Off notes, aroma was bad but flavor was better.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy golden, small head. Lemony nose with some vegetables. Sweetish with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Lemony and vegetably. Some ripe fruit and grains. Low-medium bitterness.

1 litre Bügelflasche, 4.2%. Gusher. Refreshing and floral hop aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small stable frothy white head. The flavour is fruity and slightly floral. Has a bready finish and a citric hop note in the aftertaste. OK refreshing.

Frischer, angenehm hopfiger Antrunk. Dabei mehr man dem bittet den geringen Alkoholgehalt leider an, hintergründig sehr mild, der Hopfen bleibt im Vordergrund, könnte ändert durchaus stärker sein. Grasig bitterer Ausklang. 11/9/8/8//9
