On tap at Stemma, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lemon, with harsh bitterness, and some chaotic farmhouse esters. Flavour is even harsher and more chaotic, with lemon, harsh bitterness, and farmhouse notes. Amateur brew - this is difficult to drink.

Very pale, and a bit hazy. Slight bubblegum and phenols. Very sweet and sticky... way estery. Yikes, a big miss.
