On tap at Stemma, pours a hazy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle chalky yeast, light dank hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with pithy stone fruits, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Not much in the way of chaotic yeast. Nicely crafted.

Yellow, a bit hazy, sort of harsh, a fairly thin, low bitterness, it’s okay.
