Featuring flaked rice, flaked oats, and flaked wheat for a full bodied mouthfeel. Kettle soured for a tart finish and heavily hopped with Galaxy, African Queen and Cashmere hops. This was a fun beer to brew with our friends.

Vibrant straw colour, quite tart, and then it’s a bit tart and fruity in the finish. Halfway to a hoppy sour.

On tap at Stanley Park, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of yogurty lacto upfront, with gentle citrus hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, bringing out both lots of lacto and citrus hops. Somewhat bitter, fairly dry. Pleasant enough but not a whole lot of depth.
