On tap at Avling, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, dried out by the buckwheat, and gentle spiciness. Flavour is somewhat estery upfront, followed by spicy saison yeast, citrus, and cotton candy. Estery, spicy finish. Carbonation is on the high side. A little too estery for me.
