Draught at the brewery
Cloudy to Murky blond colour, creamy head. The aroma is quite funky. The mouthfeel is dry, a bit yeasty and chalky, mildly funky, with good citrus peel bitterness and light fruit acidity.
A bit dirty, but good.

On tap at Brassneck, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yogurty lacto upfront, with subtle character from the apricots. Flavour is more lacto- than fruit-dominated, with tons of yogurty notes, quite a pronounced bitterness, and only a hint of the apricot. It's certainly pleasant, but could use some refinement - toning down the bitterness, increasing the fruit, and tempering the yogurty character. Still, it's solid.

Taster. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: hops, some generic fruity character. Taste: along the same lines, lots of fruity hops. Overall: ok.

Opaque with a weak head. Dull pale colour. The aroma is mostly yeast, tart with a bit of apricot. Ends up okay.
