Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden - bordering amber - with a small, rough, white head. Intense aroma of overripe fruit - sweet, noble rot - Calvados like. Medium body, massive sourness, acetobacter and Brettanomyces. The acetic acids are so sharp it almost makes me sneeze. Do I get any Bourbon? Not really sure, I couldn't have told if I didn't know. That unfortunate late edge of baking yeast as in so many Sours is also evident here. Unfortunately. 040722

Bottle shared at Kiselo druženje (Sour gettogether) 2018. Murky dark golden, small off-white head. Fruity sourness, acetic acid, vinegar. Moderately sour, fruity, yeasty, dusty, light petrol, citrusy. Quite juicy, candy. Tart, moderate to high carbonation, light to medium body.

Enormous thanks to Vran's tasting crew, again! Dark amber body, misty, off white head. Tart aroma, sweetish touches, barrel in evidence, interesting. Quite a clean tart beer taste-wise really, with the acidity not being too excessive. Surprisingly uncomplicated but nice.

Bottle @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Slightly hazy amber with tiny head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon, tart and a little vanilla. Flavour is malt, lemon, tart, sour, citric, wood. bourbon, little vanilla, medium sweet and sour.

Bottle @ Camping Piantelle, Lago de Garda. Pours amber with a fading offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, barnyard, white grapes, wood, oak, light bourbon, light vanilla notes. Flavor is light sour, light sweet, malt, grapes, barnyard, oak, bourbon notes, light vanilla. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light acidic finish. 210717

[ As Brekeriet Sourbon ].Unclear matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cookie - sweet malt, light moderate yeasty, tart, farmyard, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, pale malt, sweet malt, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160922] 7-3-7-3-15
