Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting, Den Haag, 2016. Poured a hazy medium amber with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is acid citrus doughy malt. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp yeast refreshing fruit tart light hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(750ml bottle form kihoskh,dk shared) Pours a clear light copper with an average white head that faded fairly quickly without lace. Aroma has an overtone of dusty attic, tart cherries, candied tart apples and pears, a bit of cider vinegar, leather and subtle vanilla. Flavour is more sour/tart fruity notes of apple, cherry and slight citrus, moderate acetic notes, lots of dry wooden barrel character, bourbon per se is quite subtle. Finish is bone dry and lightly bitter from wood, leather, light funk and a bit of spirits. Medium body, soft creamy carbonation. Nice, not really bourbon-y as the name implied, more a spontaneous and heavily oaked sour. Drinkable for its level of acidity.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen, post Blåbær release (30/07/2017) - golden pour with a small white head. Tart and sour with bretty and wooden notes, citrus and light berries, yeasty, medium body, bourbon notes into the close.

Draft. An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of bourbon, brettanomyces, lemons, and caramel. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, bourbon, and caramel, leading to a tart finish. Whiskey sour.
