Bramble is a mixed-culture, barrel-aged rye ale w blackberries & chamomile. This dry, tart ale is deep purple w notes of chamomile & a heavy hand of blackberries. It was aged in barrels for 2 years before it was blended & conditioned w berries & flowers.

Bottle pour at Weathered, pours a clear bright pink with a small pink-ish head. Nose brings out tart berries and some wild yeast. Flavour is fairly jammy, with wild yeast, and pithy berries. Gently jammy and pithy. Not overly complex but it's pleasant.

Taster on Weathered. Appearance: nice a bit hazy purple with slightly tose head. Aroma: acidic and funky berries, a bit medicinal(?). Taste: along the same lines with prominent berries, but with strange medicinal character. Overall: not bad.
