On tap at The Bakery, pours an opaque dark pinkish rusted red with a small white head. Aroma is along the same lines, with gentle spicy ginger, tart cranberries and saison yeast. Flavour is cohesive, with the cranberries, ginger and saison yeast melding well together. Well-balanced and interesting. Good stuff.
