This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers!

Mostly clear dark gold with an off-white head. Sweet grapefruit hop aroma with just a touch of toast. The flavor is well balanced with bitterness and sweetness. This one can play with the IPAs too! Very nice.

Bottle: Nearly clear, darker gold with a whipped, off-white head. Aroma is sweet pink grapefruit. Very light, sessionable fruitiness and mild flavours... Light citrus malt and hops...easy drinking. Very good.

bottle - Pours amber orange with fine suspended yeast particles. It loos very bubbly and has a 2 finger craggy head. The aroma is fairly mild with some citrus and caramel. This is a medium bodied brew with soft carbonation that’s mild to moderately bitter with a touch of pine and citrus. Fairly good.

Whole orange nose, tea underneath. Cloudy amber, medium yellow head. Orange with walnuts and pencil shavings. A little stale, with a mildly buttery finish. Very flavorful anot boring, but not in pristine condition. A good re-rate candidate.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a dark amber color with a huge creamy orange-cream head that lingered forever and left incredible lacing. The aroma was sweetish and tart with notes of Sweettart candies and perfumey-floral hops. The flavor was dryish, tart and chalky with notes of Sweettart candies and strong perfume. Long tart chalk and perfume finish. Light to medium body. Ok.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 9/3/13

Aroma: The nose is malty and a little hoppy, with some earthy and floral notes
Appearance: It pours a murky dark orange color with a small off-white head and heavy lace
Flavor: The taste is mid-sweet and mid-bitter with the same notes and the nose
Palate: The body is medium. leaning light, with a decent mouthfeel, and average carbonation
Overall Impression: This makes for an okay APA. So, how the hell does Hiram Ulysses Grant = Uylsses S. Grant? This feels like cheating to me, but I rarely trust 100 yr old ex-presidents anyway. Beer is good.

Too expensive, $3 at vintage for a 12 oz bottle, heheh. Smells like gramma’s old permanent hair treatment. Look is slight brown yellah. Quite candy strong initially. Bitterness builds in the back of the throat. Wew, yes, quite like alky candy. Not cloying but makes me think about it. Flurry has to go in for vokoun. This is what I think. Some mild co2. That bitterness is in there and will not go away. As a backup I’m confident. Now what. Crickets are chirping and this means a frost is not too far off.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, and butterscotch. In mouth, caramel malt with English grassy hops, butterscotch.
